Delivery by post in Ukraine (Nova Post or Ukrposhta) — from UAH 100. For pick-up — absent.

We usually call back within 24 hours. The correctness of the specified data is checked, clarifications are made, the availability and details are reported, and the payment method is determined
Collection and shipping 1-3 days
Depending on the composition of the shipment and availability. Shipping is from Kyiv. By Nova Post on weekdays (when ordering by 2:00 PM on the same day). By Ukrposhta on Wednesday and Friday
Delivery 1-5 days
Depending on the delivery method and city. Nova Post is faster, Ukrposhta is slower. To large cities it is the fastest, to villages and towns it is longer and more expensive
Delivery methods
Official distributor. Delivery by post in Ukraine is carried out from the manufacturer’s warehouses. It is also possible to purchase products from the branded stores of the manufacturer Amrita (self-pickup from the goods available in the store)
Delivery by Nova Post across Ukraine (according to carrier tariffs)
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, the value of the goods (declared value), the settlement. Usually the minimum cost of delivery in Ukraine is from UAH 80 (for parcels up to 2 kg).*
The delivery time is from 1 to 4 days.
In case of payment for the order upon receipt at the post office (postpaid (cash on delivery)), NovaPay also charges a fee for the return transfer of funds (except for the cost of delivery). When the order is fully pre-paid to the store’s individual entrepreneur (ФОП) account (by IBAN) at the post office, only delivery is paid.
Delivery by Ukrposhta in Ukraine (according to the carrier’s tariffs)
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, the value of the goods (declared value), the settlement. Usually the minimum cost of delivery in Ukraine is from UAH 50 (for parcels up to 2 kg).*
The delivery time is from 2 to 5 days.
In case of payment for the order upon receipt at the post office (postpaid (cash on delivery)), Ukrposhta also charges a fee for the return transfer of funds (except for the cost of delivery). When the order is fully pre-paid to the store’s individual entrepreneur (ФОП) account (by IBAN) at the post office, only delivery is paid.
Pickup from Amrita branded stores
The Amrita company has branded stores (offices) in such cities as: Kyiv, Odesa, Kryvyi Rih, Vinnytsia, Dnipro and Lviv. By visiting one of the stores yourself, you can purchase the products available there at the prices on the site.
Hours of operation: Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some stores are open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To purchase products at the store checkout, provide the №: 169228 або register with the company and tell your own distributor number.
It is not necessary to fill out the online order form for this delivery method, it is enough to find out the details by calling the phones indicated on the website.
Only the cost of the goods is paid (if you pick up from Amrita store, there is no fee for transferring funds)
Payment methods
Postpaid: payment for everything upon receipt:
- Delivery by post (cash on delivery): you pay for the cost of goods, delivery and the NovaPay/Ukrposhta commission, which the post office charges for the return transfer of funds in addition to the delivery cost (this commission is according to the postal tariffs, approximately 20 UAH + 2% of the cost of goods).
- Pickup from Amrita store (cities listed above): only the cost of goods is paid without commissions (purchase of existing products in the company store)
Full prepayment for goods: bank transfer to the individual entrepreneur’s (ФОП) current account (by IBAN):
100% prepayment of the cost of goods to the individual entrepreneur (ФОП) current account (IBAN account). Payment details are provided after confirming the order. When receiving the parcel at the post office, only the delivery cost is paid (according to postal rates).
Free shipping*
Promotion. When ordering from UAH 2,000. delivery by post in Ukraine (Nova Post or Ukrposhta) is free*.
*Applies to shipping cost only. Does not apply to the NovaPay/Ukrposhta commission, which the post office independently charges for the return transfer of funds for payment upon receipt (postpaid (cash on delivery)).
International shipping
Not available. Orders are NOT delivered abroad due to a number of restrictions on the cost of goods, customs regulations, and a ban on sending dietary supplements (vitamins, supplements) abroad by some postal carriers.
Return policy
According to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights» and Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, namely «List of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return)»:
- food products (including dietary supplements), medicinal drugs and products, sanitary items, perfumery and cosmetic products) are not subject to return (exchange).
